Please see below some helpful form links for use at our Academy.

Request to Administer Medication Form

If your child requires medication during the school day, you must complete a request to administer medication form. Please click on the link below to complete this and make sure the medicine is delivered to the Academy office.

Asthma Information Form

If your child needs to use an inhaler in school, a form must be completed annually to allow this to take place.  Please click on the link below to complete this form and deliver the inhaler(s) / spacer to the Academy office.

Pupil Asset

Pupil Asset is an online portal which we use to store & manage all of our pupil information and communicate by email and text with Parents / Carers.  It is also used  to administer Parents' evening meetings and for online payments for trips.  You will receive an email from the Academy when your child joins us, and you can use this to log in to Pupil Asset.

Aspens Select

Our meals are provided by Aspens and can be ordered on their website (please see the link below).  When your child joins us we will send you an email with details about how to log into Aspens Select to order meals for your child.

Free School Meals

If you believe your child is entitled to Free School Meals you will need to make an application online.  Please use the link below to find further information and make an application.

School Uniform
