Published 07/05/21On Friday 7th May, Upwell Academy took part in the NSPCC Number's Day. Pupil and staff all took part in a non-uniform "Wear Green Day" to raise money for the charity.

Published 25/02/21Something 'Beary' exciting has happened in school. We have some new pupils who are very excited to meet you all. There is a bear for each and every one of you, to keep you company until we are all back together.
I hope the few who are remaining in school do not cause too much mischief!!!

We are excited to tell you about a new challenge we will be starting when we return to school on the 22nd February. I would like to see how far your dedication and determination will take us. For every minute that you do Physical Activity, let me know on a special weekly Around the World post, and it will be worth a mile on our map of the world in the hall. Examples of Physical Activity include football, a fast stroll, cycling, trampolining (although maybe not in this weather), PE lessons at home or school, the possibilities are endless!
Which class will travel the furthest? Where will we land as a whole school? Do you think staff should compete too?
