Thanks to FOSA and The Edith Blunt Trust, our Year 5 pupils are well on their way to the Junior Duke Award. Today they were all presented with their home/school packs in a special assembly.
Each of the levels contains ten challenges. In order to complete a level, children need to complete seven of these challenges successfully. Challenges include mastering skills such as first aid, ICT, art, drama, music, sport, cookery, amongst a variety of other experiences. Children will be required to complete the challenges in and outside of school with help from friends and family, and further support will be given in school where needed. Good Luck Year 5!
